Depending on the mission requirements, we use either a DJI Matrice 4T, DJI Inspire 2 or DJI Mavic 2 zoom.

- How and when do I pay for your service?

We accept all major credit cards, check and Paypal. Upon acceptance, we typically charge 50% up front and 50% upon

delivery of all media.

- Do you carry insurance?

Yes! We carry a $1 million liability insurance policy.

- Do you need a professional license to fly?

As a business, you need to be FAA Part 107 certified to operate. Our pilots have active Part 107 licenses.

- Do you guarantee your work?

Yes! We are not happy until you are and stand behind our work.

- What is the typical turnaround time?

We can provide emergency service if requested, but we typically book missions 1-2 weeks out. Once the mission is flown, the final deliverables are usually accessible 1-3 business days later at most.

- How do you deliver the media footage?

The majority of our clients prefer downloading the files through our online portal. We also can provide the media files on a USB thumb drive.
